Lawwwwd I’m full! Damn that large is very large. More than a full plate. Was piping hot when I left the restaurant, still piping hot 10 mins later at home. Asked for the hot version of pad Thai. Genuinely hot. Just gonna go medium next time but don’t judge how the place may look late at night. Seriously good feed.

Due to working in the area, I have frequented this establishment for a number of years. Bali Thai has to be one of the most welcoming small family businesses. Food is delicious and portions are generous, while still being offered at a great price point. Not to mention, their kitchen is open late into the night. Great if you have dietary requirements, like myself. Very accommodating.

First time went to Christchurch and found this Halal Thai resturent. Honestly!
I'm so happy and satisfied with their foods.
We ordered four different varity if friend rice and different spices. All were perfect balanced and good amount. Specially, their Tom-Yum soup they served in large size bowl which is easily enough for 2 peoples.
The flavours in each dish were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and on point. I could not decide what I liked more. We stayed in Chrichurch three nights and ordered food from there three times.
Honestly, price is also reasonable. Definitely, recommend to anyone.

Ordered this within the last 45mins. Couldn’t wait to tell you this.
The lady I had spoken to over the phone was so lovely and so helpful especially with me being so picky about peanut sauce satay.
I am always on the hunt for an amazing tasting peanut sauce dish. This Supreme Satay w Chicken has topped my list now. 100% what I’ve been looking for through trial and errors!
The curly fries were for my sister who picked up the order and I only heard good things about them too.
Love this new find of mine!

Wonderful food - didn’t realise it was halal when we chose it but what a pleasant surprise. Portions were big, when they said do you want spicy they really meant it! The ayam penyet was the star of the show and the teh ais susu hit the spot. If I lived here I’d be here every week!
